Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Your agent configurations, run history, and policies carry over seamlessly. Billing is prorated.
What counts as an agent-run?
Each execution instance of a registered agent counts as one run, whether triggered manually, by schedule, or via webhook. Sub-steps and tool calls within a run do not count separately.
Do I need to commit to an annual contract?
Monthly plans are available for all tiers. Annual contracts provide a discount — contact our team for details on Enterprise pricing.
What model providers are supported?
AgentOps Controlplane is provider-agnostic. Connect any model API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source endpoints) via scoped connectors. No vendor lock-in.
How does policy-as-code work?
On Business and Enterprise tiers, you define policies in a declarative format that governs what agents can access, how much they can spend, and which actions require human approval. Policies are version-controlled alongside your agent configs.
